The stream was installed with a triple layer of membrane and liner with a covering of quartz shingle bedded into concrete to give full protection and durability. The elevated breeze house makes a great location to enjoy the whole feature, the stream and waterfalls were designed to be viewable from all seating areas. A premium drum filter takes care of the pond debris. A well-planted wildlife pond header pool and other aquatics plants help with nutrient removal. Powdered blanket weed control is all that is added to keep the stream low maintenance and free of nuisance algae throughout the year.

Once we added the planting scheme and landscaped the surrounding beds the building company installed the patio and the whole thing came to life. The clients can't believe how many animals come and drink and bathe in the stream. They now enjoy there garden so much more being able to sit and relax surrounded by the sights and sounds of water, the lush foliage and all year round flowers bursting into life.
